These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of liquorstoresfinancing.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by Liquor Stores Financing (“Liquor Stores Financing,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our role: we are not a lender

Liquor Stores Financing provides educational content and refers business owners to our lending partner, ARF Financial, LLC (California Finance Lender License No. 6037958). We are not a lender, do not make credit decisions, and do not issue loans or commitments to lend. Any financing is provided by the lender under its own terms, approval criteria, and agreements. Pre-approval estimates shown on the Site are based on published guidelines and are not offers or commitments. We do not guarantee that you will be approved, receive any offer, or receive any particular rate, term, or amount.

2. Business purpose only

Our services are for commercial financing for businesses. They are not intended for personal, family, or household purposes.

3. Information on the Site

Content on the Site is general information, not legal, tax, accounting, or individualized financial advice. Rates, terms, timelines, and costs are typical ranges or illustrative examples and are not offers. Laws and programs, including SBA rules and state alcohol laws, change and vary by jurisdiction. 4. Your information and authorization

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to provide it on behalf of your business. By submitting a request, you authorize us to review it and, with your permission, share it with our lending partner, ARF Financial, LLC, so it can evaluate your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree that we and ARF Financial, LLC may contact you by phone call, text message, and email about your request, including by autodialer or prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us you no longer wish to be contacted.

6. Compensation

We may be compensated by ARF Financial, LLC for referrals, generally when a loan closes. Any fee payable by you directly will be disclosed in writing before you agree to it. See our Disclosures.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including submitting false information, attempting unauthorized access, scraping the Site in a way that burdens it, or using it for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, and trademarks belong to Liquor Stores Financing or its licensors. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. Other uses require our written permission.

9. Third-party sites

Links to third-party sites, including government agencies and lenders, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIQUOR STORES FINANCING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, OR FROM ANY FINANCING YOU OBTAIN OR DO NOT OBTAIN FROM A THIRD PARTY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liquor Stores Financing from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Liquor Stores Financing is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
